My husband and I began looking for a home that was closer to work and in Belton Schools. Jennifer was very patient with our wants and needs. She showed us several different houses in several different areas. She even spent part of Super Bowl Sunday showing us houses. Once we found the house we wanted, she started the ball rolling with everything we needed to do. There were a few things on our credit holding us back and she kept giving us positive feedback that things were going to be ok. We spent what seemed like an eternity trying to get all of our ducks in a row. I was starting to give up because of the credit issues we were having, but Jennifer kept us going. When I was about to say forget it, I received a call from Jennifer asking me if “next Tuesday” would be a good day to close on our house. I was so excited and just started crying. She made my day. I feel that she went above and beyond the whole way through. When the sellers didn’t want to have the carpets cleaned (full of dog hair), Jennifer made sure it got done. Even after everything was said and done, she didn’t forget about us. There have been a couple of times that either my kids or myself have seen her and she remember who we were and said hello. I would recommend her to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a house.
